How much does a plumber cost?+
Our standard hourly rate is £120 + VAT (£144 including VAT), with a one-hour minimum. After the first hour, time is billed in 30-minute increments at £60 + VAT (£72 including VAT).
Are there any hidden material or collection charges?+
Materials carry a transparent 20% surcharge on the trade cost, with trade receipt proof supplied. There are no collection charges for items already stocked in our vans.
Do you handle plumbing emergencies?+
Yes — call 0207 205 5927 to discuss your emergency and current availability. Sending a quote request does not reserve an emergency appointment.
Which areas do you cover?+
We serve London and the Home Counties. Use our postcode checker, then contact us to confirm your specific address and appointment availability.
Can I get a quote on WhatsApp?+
Yes. Message 07363 019 343 with your postcode, a description of the issue and any useful photos. We can discuss the next steps and costs before work begins.
